Terms:

All terms are cash or check on receipt of merchandise. Checks must have NY State License number printed. Only established accounts are allowed 30 days. Accounts over 30 days will be charged 1.5 % per month interest.

Booking / Deposit:

All direct ship and special orders will require a deposit, which will be based on volume of order.

Delivery:

Delivery is available to all points on long island at $100.00 per truck.

Tarping:

Please protect our plants with a suitable tarp if you are picking up material. We will be glad to load and tie your truck at no cost.

Claims:

We give no guarantee / warranty expressed or implied, as to life, description, quality, productiveness, or any other matter on any nursery stock or plants that we sell and will not be in any way responsible for the results secured in transplanting. Acceptance of our nursery stock at the time of sale is considered to be proof of good health and survivability of these plants.

Penalty for non-payment:

In the event that it becomes necessary for us to begin legal proceedings to enforce / collect payment, we shall be entitled to court costs, attorney's fees in the sum of 1/3 of the unpaid balance and interest at the rate of 2% per month on all accounts due and payable.
